Challenge

Eurocham Vietnam encountered communication and usability challenges with their previous website development firm, prompting their search for a more reliable partner for their website project.

The original website, built on Drupal, suffered from poor optimization, an outdated appearance, and usability issues. It hosted an extensive repository of content (documents, pages, articles), including a vast user database destined to be showcased on a public directory with easily navigable profiles.

In addition to content migration, our objective was to modernize several functionalities. This included revamping their event agenda, integrating seamless payment features, and establishing a robust connection between their database and CRM system.

Solution

We pursued a hybrid approach for this project, beginning with the design of core pages on Webflow to ensure the best visual results, which were subsequently imported into a WordPress and WooCommerce environment, serving as the new home for all their migrated content.

One of the key accomplishments was the establishment of a thriving member community. We introduced various features that empower Eurocham members, enabling them to post messages, engage in communication, follow one another, and personalize their profiles, among other capabilities.

Additionally, we integrated an Email functionality, incorporated an Event Organizer plugin, and enhanced the website with robust E-Commerce capabilities, complete with VNPay integration for seamless payment processing. This comprehensive set of features effectively transformed the website into a self-contained mini CRM system.
