France Bus is a company specializing in the rental of vehicles with drivers for trips across France and Europe. Despite a domain that had been active for over 10 years, the website suffered from almost no visibility on search engines. The main issues were:

Very low organic traffic, with most visits coming from Google Ads campaigns
Poor technical performance, with a Google PageSpeed score of 53/100 on desktop
Recurring bugs, particularly with French/English localization, hurting the user experience
An outdated technical foundation, including an obsolete PHP version and SQL database, making the site unstable and vulnerable
