Challenge

A French couple, fresh to Vietnam, approached us with a vision for their artisanal cosmetics business. Despite a tight budget, they possessed the expertise to craft top-tier cosmetics. They sought our assistance in creating a brand name, logo, website, and packaging to kickstart their venture.

Solution

We presented a range of brand names and branding strategies that blended French authenticity with market appeal in Vietnam. Following the development of comprehensive brand guidelines, we embarked on the creative journey of designing over 20 unique product packages, including soaps, deodorants, and balms, with the artistic touch of an illustrator.

In the final phase, we established a WooCommerce-based online store integrated with VNPay, enabling them to showcase their brand and distribute their exceptional products across Vietnam.

Results

After two years in operation, Odes Naturelles has significantly expanded its presence, with distribution extending to major cities in Vietnam through concept and pop-up stores. The brand has also forged strategic partnerships with key F&B partners, solidifying its position in the market.
